Cancellation

It’s ok to change your mind — we support you in the safest way!

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you order from us. You can cancel your order or part of it online at tejassvi.com any time before it has been processed. Once the order is dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation.

The order I received is damaged?

No worries, we have specialized quality control measures to ensure the product meets our standards. In case you receive a damaged product, please report it to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery via email at care@tejassvi.com.
You must attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect.

What should I check when the product is delivered?

Please ensure the following checks at the time of delivery.
Check all external surfaces for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, or unfinished patches.
If there is dust or a lack of shine, gently rub the surface with a cloth — this is an industry-standard method of cleaning and polishing.
For products that require assembly, ensure that all nuts and bolts are present and fit well.
For seating products, sit on the item to confirm stability.
Wood has natural qualities such as grain variations, slight stain differences, and small knots. Small knots that don’t affect structure are filled and polished. Knots affecting structural stability are rejected during quality control. Grain and stain variations are generally acceptable in hardwood products.

Return & Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed once we receive the product in its original condition. Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment.

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account. Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the cardholder’s issuing bank.

If the returned product does not comply with tejassvi.com’s return policy, you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund. In such cases, tejassvi.com reserves the right to withhold the payment already received.
