What is the estimated delivery time?

We treat each order as a priority and aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on whether the product is direct or customized. Currently, deliveries take approximately 2–3 business weeks.

However, in exceptional circumstances such as transport strikes, riots, or natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc.), the estimated delivery time may extend beyond the promised timeline. In such situations, tejassvi.com may cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.

What if I don’t get my product even after the estimated date?

Doorstep delivery is possible if your building has a service lift that can accommodate medium-sized products. If there is no service lift, or if the lift is too small, the delivery will be made only up to the ground floor.
