Product Policy
The product shown in the image is a reference product and the new manufactured product can look different from the one shown in the image due to various factors like lighting, manual polish, wood's texture, etc.
Tejassvi.com products are available in a fixed set of Finishes. So please discuss the finish you need with our customer support team once in order to receive the best quality product.
Please note that in case of Solid Wood products, slight grains would be visible. There may be a slight variation in finish between the actual product and the 3-D designs which are being displayed on our website.
Services
Tejassvi.com provides an Internet-based platform to sell their products and merchandise on the website. Such services enable users to purchase products upon placing an order. Once an order placed, the Company will ship the product, and the user will be entitled to pay for it.
Eligibility to Use
According to the Indian Constitution, a person under the age of 18 is minor. Services and facilities offered on our website shall not be available for minors. Please note if you are living outside of India then it's your responsibility to make sure whether you are eligible or not for our services.
Persons barred under the laws of India are not permitted to use our services.
The Company reserves the end right to reject or grant the access to a new user or terminate the access of existing users, at any time. Also, the Company shall not be required to furnish any reason for it.
User Account, Password, and Security

Product & Pricing Information
While Tejassvi.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Tejassvi.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Tejassvi.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Tejassvi.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Tejassvi.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Tejassvi.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Tejassvi.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on Tejassvi.com. However, Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
There are additional shipping charges for Guwahati and other North East areas.
Credit/Debit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Tejassvi.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e., in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Tejassvi.com. Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by Tejassvi.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Tejassvi.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.
EMI On Credit Card
Tejassvi.com will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. The banks may, however, charge a processing fee or cancellation charges as per the bank's policies. Such charges shall be paid by You and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.
Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
Tejassvi.com reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyer’s fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Tejassvi.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Will the product be exactly as shown on the Website?
Tejassvi.com tries its best to deliver Products and Services exactly the way they are described on the Website. However, the nature and tendency of natural material-based products is that each piece is unique in its own way. Tejassvi.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final Products or Services ordered by the User over and above generally acceptable standards on the same. The quality of the Products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations.
What if I receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect?
• We practice highly specialized and strict quality control measures to ensure that the product is up to our standards even at the time of delivery. In case you do happen to receive a product that has been damaged during transportation, or there is some manufacturing defect, such as, balancing, levelling, finish, paint, fabric, etc., please contact Customer Support with providing photographic evidence of the said issue. Our team will assess the issue and get back to you within 1-2 business days. Depending on the degree of the damage in question, we shall provide you the solution. For issues concerning manufacturing defects, a solution will be provided.

When will I get a refund, if eligible?
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from Your/customer's premises.
Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 business days.
Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.
Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

You hereby expressly agree to receive communications and newsletters from Tejassvi.com by SMS and e-mails. You can unsubscribe / opt-out from receiving communications and newsletters from Tejassvi.com at any time by following the procedure set forth in the newsletters
Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The High Courts at Jodhpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Company. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Jodhpur. The language of Arbitration shall be English. The High Court of judicature at Jodhpur alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Tejassvi.com on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain Tejassvi.com property. Termination

Tejassvi.com may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to Tejassvi.com.
