Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your dining table or any other table that is subject to daily and heavy use.

Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad. To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight. To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.

Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.

Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches. In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill. To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth. 

All of our Items are entirely made by hand and is handcrafted by skilled artisans native to India. The process starts with building a wooden base for any items, Chips of , ethically sourced as a by-product, are carefully cut into delicate shapes by several artisans. These chips are then affixed in various intricate patterns onto the resin, all by hand. Each Product is finally waxed and polished to bring out the detailed textures and beauty of the work. It takes a team of craftsmen some days to complete single items. No two pieces will be similar and minor differences from the images will happen.

Shipping policies:- Our all products are 100% insured, if the items received are completely damaged or not repairable then we will provide you the replacement of the same product and if there is any minor damage or repairable will pay the full repair amount. If Item Received

Damaged:- If you received the item damaged, don’t worry about it, please provide us with complete images of the inner & outer sides of the product with courier company tags or box images that you received also please send us your contact no. with an address so our concern team can investigate for the damaged shipment.

Return & exchange:- Return will be accepted within 7-10 days of receiving the goods if the products you received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid on the buyer's account.

Additional shipping Policy:- If the Consignee does Not Respond to the Shipping Agency for The Shipment Update or Receive the Shipment Due to Custom Duties or any other reason The Shipping Company Will destroy the Shipment After 5 Days of Arrival at the Destination and we are not responsible for all these. No claim will be accepted filed by The Customer. All charges like Customs Duties or Taxes if any to be on the buyer's Account.
